"Save the Dates" department: Norton Singers is excited to share several important announcements today:
First off, for those wondering when auditions will be for our spring production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, we have scheduled them for Sunday and Monday, February 22 and 23, starting at 7, with call backs on Wednesday, February 25.

A sign-up announcement will be made closer to auditions. Mark those dates down, you will want to be involved!
Next up, we are pleased to announce our second show for the 2026 season, which will be the beautiful "Painting Life in Pictures, A Work of Art," an original work by the multi-talented Lisa Yves and her sister, Yochi Avin. Painting Life is a true story about the development of a young artist in her early years trying to navigate her life in a new country with an absent father and narcissistic mother. Although she would come to have 3 siblings from her father and his second wife in America, her siblings would not know about her existence until they were well into their forties. The story is a celebration of life, art, and the connections we form through family. The artist is Yochi Y. Avin, who collaborated with her sister Lisa Yves to create this narrative featuring her personal art and archived photos.
This story and art will be brought to life by 8 actors, accompanied by 12 original songs written by Lisa Yves, and performed by an all-female band of five musicians, with a chorus of 10 singers. --Want more? We've got you covered!

To cap this off, since our 80th anniversary at the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center was so successful, we are already making plans for our next fall musical revue, to take place September 11 and 12. The exact details are still being worked out, but we are currently planning a Ted and Lisa collaboration to feature some Fantastic songs from one of the all-time great musical artists.
